Just for men

Do you think she's pregnant?

You're not alone in this. The two of you can get through it.

She needs your support right now, both emotionally and physically. Here are some ways you can be there for her.

This is a lot for you, too.

Whether you're scared, excited, or you two don't agree on what to do, you can talk with us. Walk in or call or text anytime.

Some guys would rather talk with another man, and that's okay. Call or text first, and we'll make sure one is there for you.

What to do

Talk with her and listen.

It's tempting to pull away when things feel heavy, but staying open is one of the best things you can do for her.

Be there for her.

She needs you now more than ever.

Find support.

Talking with a trusted family member, friend, or pastor can help. Just make sure you two agree before sharing her news. If it would help, you're welcome to bring your parents in, and we'll help you talk it through together.

Learn all you can.

Gather information and get advice from people you trust.

Be honest with her and with yourself.

Share how you really feel. It can help her a lot to know you have some of the same worries. You may be surprised at what you learn about yourself, and proud that you're standing tall together.

What not to do

Don't disappear.

It's normal to want to run when you're scared, but facing this together will make it easier on both of you.

Don't pressure her to do what you want.

Work through this together. You're a team now.

Come in together, or come in on your own.

Our doors are open during office hours. Want to talk with a man? Call or text ahead, and we'll set it up.
